Ben and I (Benannah-our "celebrity name") got married on July 14, 2012. Two days after getting married, we moved to Oklahoma City. Ben was accepted into Teach For America and was placed in OKC. So with the help of family members, we packed everything up and headed north to begin our new life together. Soon after moving to OKC, I found a job as a lead infant teacher at Chesapeake's Child Development Center. I have enjoyed getting to know my children and their families and look forward to seeing my kids grow everyday. Ben and I recently joined The Village Baptist Church where we have found a great Sunday School group and have really enjoyed getting to know them. It has been nice to be so welcomed to the church and nice already having some friends in OKC. As of now, our lives pretty much consist of working and spending time together but we are loving our new life together. We continue to grow closer and learn how to serve each other as husband and wife. While we are loving OKC, we are very much looking forward to this weekend and returning to WACO!! It seems like forever since we have been back to Baylor. Homecoming is one of my favorite times of the year and I cannot wait to see family and friends! It will be weird returning as alumni, but it will always be our home!
